HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: *Returns on purchases made after November 15, 2018 will be accepted through January 11, 2019.*
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours after which you will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for package to be delivered. We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, & select other countries (Only US orders qualify for free shipping/returns)
RETURNING AN ITEM OR ORDER- please read carefully
*All online orders can be returned via mail, but you may return your items to any one of our locations instead of shipping them back for a refund. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email or delivery confirmation email.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt at warehouse.
In order to be eligible for a refund all items must be:
- Received at our warehouse within 15 days of original delivery to customer. *Returns on purchases made after November 15, 2018 will be accepted through January 11, 2019.*
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Have original tags attached
- Placed in original packaging or similar packaging with any previous shipping labels covered. Failure to use original/like packaging will result in a reduction of your refundable amount. We do not accept returns packaged in boxes unless original packaging was a box.
- Returned using the label provided to you during the return request
- Include a copy of your email order confirmation. (For in store returns.)
- Please do not include items that were not previously requested, a new request must be submitted for additional items
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Merchandise marked 'FINAL SALE' on the invoice.
- Items issued as a prize/gift
- Merchandise purchased in stores
*Fireboon is not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping. We recommend insuring shipments and gathering tracking information.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only issued to the original payment method, or as an online store credit if requested. Orders placed with online store credit can only be refunded back to an online credit. Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Fireboon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please keep an eye out for packages especially around the holiday season.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Price adjustments may be made within 3 days of original order date for merchandise purchased at full price, except where otherwise stated during a sales event. Customer must contact Fireboon customer service via email at support@fireboon.com and include their order number and contact information. Customer should not return merchandise to initiate a price adjustment.
Price adjustments are provided in the form of web store credit to the user’s account.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are only valid in-stores and cannot be used online.
